Camping World RV Service - Dothan

I purchased a Furrion Chill Cube air conditioner from Camping World in Dothan less than 30 days ago. I installed it and used it one time without issue. On the second use, the unit stopped cooling completely. I went back to the Dothan AL Camping World expecting them to stand behind a product they had sold me less than a month earlier. Instead, I was told I would have to deal directly with the manufacturer. I understand that manufacturer warranties ultimately go through the manufacturer, but when a product fails almost immediately, I expect the retailer to make some effort to support the customer and the product they sold. What made the experience worse was how it was handled. The service counter staff were short with me and dismissive, and speaking with the manager did not improve the situation. There was very little effort to help resolve the problem or even acknowledge the frustration of having a brand new unit fail right away. To be fair, the maunfature (Furrion/Lippert) has been responsive so far, and I appreciate their assistance. My complaint is specifically about Camping World of Dothan and the lack of after-sale customer service. A brand new air conditioner shouldn’t fail

They weren't flying their flag. I almost missed the place.
